How to Apply & The Process

The preparation process involves a series of critical meetings to ensure you are confident, connected, and ready for the event:

1. Initial Interview: A conversation to learn about your background, motivation, and why you want to join our journey.

2. 1st Meeting: Introductions: Meet the staff and your fellow volunteers to begin building a supportive community.

3. 2nd Meeting: Role Assignment: Participate in role-playing activities, practice event tasks, and be assigned your primary team/role.
